Biografi

Memperoleh gelar Sarjana dari departemen Fisika Universitas Negeri Medan tahun 2014 dengan beasiswa BIDIKMISI. Pada Tahun 2015 melanjutkan studi magister dalam bidang material dan memperoleh Magister of Science (M.Sc.) di Department of materials science and engineering, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Taiwan pada tahun 2017. Kemudian langsung melanjutkan program doctoral di kampus yang sama dan mendapatkan Gelar Doktor (Ph.D) pada tahun 2019, dalam waktu 2.5 tahun.  Setelah meyelesaikan program doctor, Noto Susanto Gultom bekerja professional sebagai Postdoctoral researcher dari tahun Agustus 2019 sampai February 2024. Noto Susanto Gultom bergabung menjadi Dosen di Departemen Fisika, Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, Universitas Padjadjaran pada tahun Agustus 2023.
