Riset yang dilakukan berfokus pada studi Superparamagnetic Iron Oxide Nanoparticles (SPION) dan modifikasi permukaannya untuk aplikasi katalis, antimikroba dan biomedis.

Minat Riset

Biografi

Memperoleh gelar Sarjana dari Universitas Negeri Medan (Unimed) dalam pendidikan fisika (1993), Magister fisika dari ITB dalam sistem berbasis superkonduktor Bi (1997) dan Doktor dalam fisika dari fisika ITB (2005) dalam materi magnetoresistance. Sejak 2012 hingga sekarang, melakukan pengukuran sifat magnetik material di Graduate School of Engineering, Tohoku University, Japan dan di The Physical and Chemical Research Institute (RIKEN), Japan. Sekarang sebagai associate professor di Fisika Universitas Padjadjaran (Unpad), Auditor Internal Unpad, dan memperoleh dana penelitian baik dari dana internal Unpad maupun dari penelitian nasional.
